Der Ich-Erzähler hat als 11-Jähriger den Amoklauf am Erfurter Gutenberg-Gynmasium miterlebt. Zwanzig Jahre später wird er wieder mit den Ereignissen konfrontiert. Ein Dramaturg kontaktiert ihn als Zeitzeugen. Daraufhin versucht er selbst, seine Gedanken und Gefühle in einem Roman zu sammeln.
